Tenant Responsibility Disclaimer
Please note: Repair or damage caused by tenant negligence or misuse is the tenant’s financial responsibility. In such cases, we will arrange for the repair, but the cost of labor and materials will be billed to you. This includes damages or plumbing issues resulting from improper use.
Key Release Policy
If you do not authorize key release to a vendor, you will be responsible for being present to provide access to the property during the repair appointment.
